Purpose of the Job

You will be tasked with delivering sustainable and profitable growth in line with the strategic plan through leading, targeting and tracking the wholesale business of our groups own territories and customers for Africa.

This role involved 30% – 40% travelling time across the different territories where the company’s offices are located.

  • Hudson Territory Sales Manager
  • Sales Operation Executive/Analyst

Key responsibilities will include

  • Develop, plan, and implement commercial strategies for African territories wholesale and existing customers, hand in hand with brands
  • Deliver targeted financial goals, net sales, and GP for all brands for total wholesale African business
  • Plan, target, and track wholesale business (seasonally and yearly)
  • Build a winning team by recruiting 1 key account executive/key account manager Nike and Sport/fashion seating either in Malta or Morocco (TBC)
  • Implement efficient reporting structure to track, measure and analyse commercial metrics
  • Implement and drive Key Account strategic planning processes (3 years) updated Once a year with Top KA (12)
  • Directly manage Mercure account
  • Ensure we have commercial contracts in place with all customers and are up to date with company requirements and brands. Create new Terms and Conditions if needed and requested
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships with key accounts.
  • Establish and manage long-term relationship with Malta Functions and brands
  • Travel to key and focused countries twice per quarter as a minimum

Key Performance Indicators

  • Net sales, GP for African wholesale
  • While overall wholesale business grows increase share of other brands up to 20% of total business vs Nike @80%
