Ecommerce Digital Marketing Executive

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, creating and executing all digital marketing strategies to drive sales for e-commerce website, across PPC, Display, SMM and email marketing to ensure maximum ROAS and increase conversion rate.
  • Analyze performance, optimize spending, manage daily operations of ads placements.
  • Manage social media presence across all digital channels Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube and initiate new online sales channels.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, in-house and external agencies following the brands guidelines for campaigns creative and prepare content.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine best practices and increase conversion. Remarketing campaigns.
  • Execute shopping cart abandonment campaigns, upselling, cross selling campaigns, page-level targeting, exit-intent campaigns.
  • Manage Facebook and Instagram shops. Manage daily content (posts, images, videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage and share.
  • Work with existing influencers and create relationships with new ones
  • Manages social media content calendar to determine appropriate timeline for posting, engaging and optimizing content specific to each social media platform
  • Prepare annual budget with E-commerce Manager
  • Manage conversations with followers in a consistent brand voice across all channels and participate in trending topics, popular hashtags, current and live events
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and improve sales
  • Assist in creation of seasonal & global campaign concepts

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing, with proven records in managing integrated digital marketing strategies and achieving KPIs through Google and Social Media campaigns.
  • 2 years of e-commerce experience, preferable within fashion industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Google, Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram advertising including experience with audiences, campaigns optimizations, measuring ad effectiveness and achieving KPIs. Shopping ads, Video and Display campaigns.
  • Usage of Social Media Marketing Platforms (SEMrush, Hootsuite, AdEspresso).
  • Usage of Social Media scheduler & link in bio tools
  • Knowledge of Google ads, keywords analyses, Google Analytics, Business Manager
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be organized, sales oriented, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field
  • Strong business acumen with ability to set KPIs
  • Up to date with latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing
