Role Purpose:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by compiling, analysing, and reporting sales data. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing sales history, contributing to sales plans, and preparing various sales activity reports. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales and core teams to assist with bid deadlines, track KPIs, and monitor sales performance. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help identify trends, make recommendations, and contribute to strategic planning and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Compile and analyse sales data from various sources to provide insights into sales performance.
  • Sell-out target planning, forecasting.
  • Collaborating with related agencies for intelligence data analysis.
  • Review sales history to identify productivity trends and patterns.
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives, aligning with the sales team’s goals.
  • Develop presentations that analyse sales and marketing activities and achievements.
  • Assist the NIKE team in various day-to-day activities to support sales operations.
  • Collaborate with the related functions to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Compile sales data from SIMS and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales performance.
  • Work with store budgets, forecast using historical data, and contribute to unit objectives.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge, and Qualification required:

  • A qualification in Business Administration, Retail or similar
  • Proven experience in data analysis, sales reporting, or a similar analytical role +3 years
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data compilation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to the team’s objectives.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing concepts and strategies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with sales systems like SIMS or CRM software is a plus.
