Hudson Group is an international retailer and distributor primarily involved in the sport and fashion wear sectors. The Group’s head office is in Malta but is also present through offices in Italy, Cyprus, Morocco, Nigeria and Algeria.  

Though Hudson Holdings was founded in 2006, the Group’s roots reach as far back as 1987 when the first pair of NIKE was sold in Malta. 

Role purpose 

As the Senior Marketing Delivery Manager at Hudson, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the creation of both online and offline marketing productions, ensuring the highest standards of creative development, and enhancing the online presence of our brands and sales channels. Operating at a group level across multiple territories, your responsibilities include strategic resource allocation, team management, external resource planning, and continuous optimization of workflows aligned with brand and commercial priorities.  

The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows: 

  • Lead the creation of online and offline marketing delivery, overseeing the entire online and offline operations support & development process 
  • Elevate the online presence of brands and sales channels to align with business objectives. 
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation across the organization to deliver services effectively. 
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and prioritize tasks in line with brand and commercial priorities. 
  • Strategically plan and arrange external resources as needed for specialized projects or increased workloads, lead agency collaboration and agency management 
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of brand and sales channel specialties, guidelines, and requirements. 
  • Ensure the delivery of marketing services consistently meets high standards and remains on-brand. 
  • Stay updated on platforms and technologies that can increase efficiency in marketing delivery. 
  • Implement new tools and technologies to optimize processes and enhance overall productivity. 
  • Oversee digital reporting processes, ensuring comprehensive insights are provided to key stakeholders. 
  • Manage and lead the team to optimize workflow, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial strategies. 
  • Prioritize tasks and responsibilities to enhance overall team productivity.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of proven experience in senior-level marketing delivery roles with a focus on online and offline operations. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align workflows with brand and commercial priorities. 
  • Familiarity with external resource planning and management. 
  • In-depth knowledge of brand guidelines and sales channel requirements. 
  • Tech-savvy with a focus on implementing efficient platforms and technologies. 
  • Fluency in English
