Role Purpose:
As the Group Marketing Manager for Fashion Brands, your role is pivotal in driving the success and visibility of our portfolio of Fashion brands across all territories.
In this role, you will serve as the main marketing point of contact, ensuring alignment, and driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and operational effectiveness within the fashion industry. Your strategic leadership will contribute to the overall growth and success of our marketing initiatives within the dynamic landscape of fashion brands.
The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Main marketing point of contact for our fashion brands portfolio.
- Lead a team of Marketing Executives in Malta.
- Ensure visibility and direction on the assigned fashion brand’s key marketing concepts and initiatives within the fashion industry.
- Drive brand awareness and consumer engagement through innovative and impactful marketing strategies tailored to the fashion sector.
- Liaise with commercial and operations teams to identify and ensure key fashion concepts and go-to-market priorities.
- Drive the segments’ budgeting process and manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to achieve the best ROI within the fashion industry.
- Develop a commercially aligned, overarching marketing plan and calendar on the group level specifically tailored for fashion brands.
- Ensure alignment and deployment of the central marketing calendar on the country level within the fashion industry.
- Set and monitor fashion brand/channel specific KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance within the fashion industry using data and metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Represent and guide the localization process based on the fashion industry specifics and operational individualities.
- Build channel-specific marketing solutions and activations (mono/multibrand retail, e-commerce, wholesale) within the fashion sector.
- Ensure marketing assets, creatives, and content are available and distributed across the organization with a focus on fashion brands.
- Distribute/develop fashion brand guidelines across the organization.
- Ensure fashion brand guidelines are followed and executed within the organization.
- Monitor and analyze performance across the activations, sharing best practices specifically tailored for fashion brands across the organization.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Brand marketing, preferably with a strong knowledge of the fashion environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications is desirable.
- Goal-oriented, flexible, and creative – often while juggling several projects at once within the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills tailored for the fashion sector.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive brand awareness and engagement within the fashion industry.
- Budget management and ROI-focused mindset within the context of fashion brands.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans specifically for fashion brands.
- Experience in working across multiple markets within the fashion industry.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and optimize KPIs tailored for fashion brands.
- Understanding of the localization process and channel-specific marketing solutions within the fashion industry.
- Familiarity with fashion brand guidelines and execution.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
