Role purpose:

Defining, driving, and tracking relevant metrics & targets to measure success and deliver on goals as defined in the Nike Brand Collaboration Plan.

Support development of strategic planning, financial plans, budgeting, sales forecasting, and ad hoc analysis/reporting for own retail and wholesale.

Key accountabilities

 Strategy:

  • Lead the annual Brand Collaboration Plan alignment, coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that functional annual and quarterly business plan goals and tasks are delivered against the timelines. Address and solve challenges and projects with high priority.
  • Act as primary contact on strategic matters related to partner collaboration plan.
  • Support to develop Strategic Business Plan & annual sales plan based on data analysis of own retail and WHS channel/ customers.
  • Coordinate business improvement objectives for the current year at the country and banner level, and co-work with business units/functions to ensure objectives are aligned and integrated.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Review process. Identify relevant measures and drive accountability for on-going performance against business and strategic objectives.
  • Provide project management support to cross-functional teams and other special projects of strategic importance to Nike Brand growth and profitability.
  • Lead research projects related to market demand, consumer profiles, shopper insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead analytical approaches to turn sales, brand, and consumer data into strategic insights for winning the consumer; identify new business opportunities to achieve profitable growth for Nike brand in collaboration with functional experts.
  • Execute analysis and due diligence for new business growth opportunities (e.g. new partner onboarding, new business contribution on category and gender level).
  • Collaborate on top account plans to drive strategy for topline plans for an assigned account (or group of accounts) including retail sales, future orders, and account marginality.
  • Stay close to market and understand country and key city retail landscape (consumers, retailers, pricing, competitors) and Brand competitive positioning: (shelf space, quality of presentation, customer strategies);
  • Be continually updated on latest Brand trends and assortment lines

KPIs:

  •  Nike Collaboration Plan targets are met with timely manner.
  • Budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
  • Project timelines are met.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.  

  2. Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans, conducting market research, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. Familiarity with tools and methodologies for strategic analysis and planning is crucial.

  3. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of objectives. Experience in project management tools and techniques is beneficial.

  4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations, and building strong partnerships.

  5. Proficiency in data analysis, including sales, consumer, and market data, to derive actionable insights and identify business opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive solutions.

  6. Business acumen and ability to work with financial data, budgets, and forecasts with a high degree of accuracy. Attention to detail in analyzing complex information and ensuring consistency in reporting and forecasting processes.

  7. Agility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment. Proactive approach to identifying trends, anticipating challenges, and taking initiative to drive continuous improvement and innovation
