Role purpose:
Defining, driving, and tracking relevant metrics & targets to measure success and deliver on goals as defined in the Nike Brand Collaboration Plan.
Support development of strategic planning, financial plans, budgeting, sales forecasting, and ad hoc analysis/reporting for own retail and wholesale.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans, conducting market research, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. Familiarity with tools and methodologies for strategic analysis and planning is crucial.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of objectives. Experience in project management tools and techniques is beneficial.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations, and building strong partnerships.
Proficiency in data analysis, including sales, consumer, and market data, to derive actionable insights and identify business opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive solutions.
Business acumen and ability to work with financial data, budgets, and forecasts with a high degree of accuracy. Attention to detail in analyzing complex information and ensuring consistency in reporting and forecasting processes.
Agility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment. Proactive approach to identifying trends, anticipating challenges, and taking initiative to drive continuous improvement and innovation
