Purpose of the Job

To support the Product Planner Manager with the execution of their daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks leading to the delivery of company objectives. The Junior Product Planner, together with the Product Planner Manager will be responsible for ensuring that they provide the most accurate and relevant information to the Banner, Brands and other business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Execute the WSSI to deliver accurate weekly plans/forecasts/stocks
  • Managing and monitoring shipments and deliveries to the stores
  • Execute the monthly intake Deliveries Plan to handle critical situations, delays and obtain best efficiency on the incoming stock as per the rolling OTB (open to buy) process
  • Assist in the Plan Seasonal Return and Cancellation as per the rolling OTB process
  • Assist in planning and implementing Markdown and Promotion in order to ensure sales, margin objective and the right end of season stock level as part of the OTB process
  • Allocation and replenishment and in season management of store stock
  • Solicits and performs ad-hoc analysis when needed
  • Supports in post season analysis and feedback creation.
