Role Purpose:

To execute all activities necessary to ensure efficient store operations, prompt and excellent service to all customers, value and promote Hudson’s image of quality and professionalism as well as maximise store sales and customer service experience.

 Role Responsibilities:

• Customer service excellence – at all times.
• Provide a highly personalised approach whilst liaising with clients/customers.
• Meet sales targets.
• Provide guidance on products specific to customers’ needs and requirements.
• Ability to handle customer complaints.
• Monitor and update display areas.
• Process payment of different kinds.
• Count and balance cash register and receipts.
• Count and balance cash register and receipts.
• Check inventory periodically to obtain reorder information and replenishment of stock
• Merchandise management – stock, replenish and clean sales areas. Check inventory periodically to obtain reorder form, stamp and tagging merchandise items as well as pricing items.
• Ensure shop is always clean and tidy and that displays are visually attractive.

Role Requirements:

• Consistent retail and/or sales experience in fashion and sports retail industries will be considered an asset.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within fast paced environments.
• Strong relationship skills and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and positive approach to work – attitude is everything.
• Excellent communication skills – english language skills will be considered an asset.
• Well-rounded teamwork style – there is no I in TEAM!
