The person we are looking for:

  • Has a genuine passion for sneakers and fashion and is well connected in Madrid;
  • Has excellent knowledge of products and trends within the sneaker community;
  • Has at least 2 years’ experience in managing a store;
  • Is experienced in people management, sales techniques and customer service;
  • Is a proactive manager who can work both independently, as well as collaborating well with different teams and personalities;
  • Has the capacity to see both the big picture as well as paying attention to detail, takes quick decisions to optimize the business, in line with Company policies;
  • Enjoys meeting the customer and is a great salesperson;
  • Is flexibile and availabe during certain holiday periods and can travel from time to time;
  • Is fluent English & Spanish;
  • Has knowledge of eCommerce.

The selected person will:

  • Drive sales in the store through setting up clear business goals, actively sell and coaching the team in sales and excellent customer service;
  • Plan and manage the daily operations of the store such as staff scheduling, team communication, shipping and deliveries, manage stock inventories, overall maintenance of the store, bills and invoicing etc.;
  • Ensure the store is properly staffed by recruiting, training and developing the team towards excellent performance;
  • Ensure product merchandizing and concepts are up to date and in live with brand, company standards and local trends;
  • Follow up and analyze sales figures and KPIs with HQ Retail Team, and plan and take actions based on the results to ensure sales are optimized.
