Business Controller & Analyst (Italy)

The Business Controller/Analyst who will be based in Naples, Italy will be responsible for a number of duties as follows:

• Analyse data to produce, evaluate and interpret information to monitor trends and support business;
• Monitor sales performance across stores/brands on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis (KPI’s analysis)
• Analyze Inventory and propose commercial actions/stock movement, Mark down strategy
• Produce weekly trade reports to summarise, analyse and identify key profit drivers to enable stock movement, stock reordering and effective buying
• Use historical sales data to build a comprehensive buying plan per store, brands & genders
• Produce monthly group report (Economics & Financials)
• Support Finance department for Forecasting & Budgeting process

Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics
• Minimum 2 years in finance, data controller experience in multinational companies
• Language skills: Proficient in English, spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Problem solving
