Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Data Management Administrator’s role will be to maintain the inventory system updated

Main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and organising of documents and data sheets for inventory data entry purposes
  • Maintaining accuracy of data within the inventory system
  • Maintain an effective filing system for all company agreements
  • Perform physical stock takes in local and foreign stores
  • Respond to information access and retrieval requests from authorised members
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining improved records within the inventory system
  • Ensure data integrity
  • Creation of statistical reports periodically and when requested
  • Order and data entries in a timely and precise manner
  • Supporting outlets in any related Point of Sale issues that may arise

Candidates should possess the following:

  • Be well-versed with technology and proficient in MS Office applications mainly MS Excel
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Available for work related travel
  • Qualifications in mathematical related subjects will be considered as an asset
  • Ability to communicate in English, French and Italian languages are a considerable asset
  • Ownership of an ECDL certificate or equivalent
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in an efficient and organized manner
  • Ability to multi-task and to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • A Secondary-school level of education
  • Driving license B
