The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for administration of Hudson Coin and Privilege scheme and assistant department when and as required.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Administration of all tasks related to the Hudson Coin and Hudson Privilege Scheme. This includes but is not restricted to inputting customer data, handling customer related queries/complaints, liaising with stores in the ordering and presentation of the Hudson Coin or other products.
  • Administer Social Media/online channels as well as answering and proactively supporting to solve customer queries and complaints.

Assist in aspects of:

  • new supplier sourcing and selection for marketing collateral procurement;
  • effective distribution of marketing materials within stores and events;

The candidate must possess following qualities:

  • Ability to carry out administrative duties in a responsible, timely and organised manner.
  • Respectful to deadlines
  • Possess an aptitude for Marketing tasks and initiatives
  • An outgoing and positive personality who can drive the products assigned to achieve the Marketing department’s goals.
  • Knowledge of and ability to promote brands on social media as well as respond to customer queries and comments.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office applications.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Maltese.
