ERP Super User

Role purpose

The Super User is a permanent role within the organization, playing a leading role in the group ERP implementation, focusing on the Supply chain stream. The individual will be expected to strive for continuous process improvement and will be responsible for the knowledge management within the department/area of expertise. Reporting to the Process owner, the Super User will bridge the gap between Business, Key users & Internal/External consultants for the successful implementation of various projects within the group. This includes the ERP implementation in multiple countries.

The main responsibilities of a Super User include process improvement and cooperating with other super users, key users, the process owners, project managers and other business stakeholders.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Keeping Business Stakeholders up to date with all planned and on-going activities.
• Cooperating with other functions Super Users within the organization for efficient and successful project implementations.
• Responsible for Process design/optimization, testing and implementation.
• Liaising with Project managers on ongoing projects within the group.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and changes needed within the team.
• Key representative for the specific ‘area’ in the Implementation of the ERP project across the group.
• Key Stakeholder in various projects within the organization to recommend and give input on the area of expertise.
• Point of reference for Support, for country ERP key users within the group for the area of expertise.
• Training Key Users.
• Creation and maintenance of internal Process documentation for the area of expertise.
• Creation and maintenance of internal documentation as support material for on-the-job training.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience

• Degree level of Education
• 2+ years’ experience in the respective area.
• Thorough knowledge of the area the Super user will represent.
• Very good knowledge of the other business areas.
• Energetic, enthusiastic towards new initiatives and the added value they bring to the business.
• Decisive.
