Role purpose
As a Marketing Executive at Hudson, you will play a pivotal role in executing high-quality marketing activations for assigned brands and concepts. Your responsibilities encompass implementing localized marketing calendars, ensuring consistent brand representation, and providing support to local sales teams. From coordinating events to collaborating with partners and vendors, your role is diverse, contributing to enhancing brand visibility and supporting lead generation efforts on both online and offline platforms.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Execution of Marketing Activations:
- Implement high-quality marketing activations for assigned brands/concepts, adhering to the marketing calendar.
- Support the creation of localized country marketing calendars, providing insights and relevant information on timing and concepts.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials and channels within the country.
- Sales and Retail Support:
- Provide marketing support and materials to local sales teams, including retail activations (shop windows, in-store materials) and wholesale support.
- Assist with visual merchandising processes as needed.
- Event Management and Partnerships:
- Coordinate and manage events, sponsorships, and activations to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Collaborate with local partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful online and offline executions, aligning with central marketing teams.
- Digital Marketing and Analytics:
- Manage and optimize online and offline media buying processes
- Monitor local market trends and competition, sharing insights to support decision-making.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
- Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots for marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging video content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns on various digital platforms
- Reporting and Budget Management:
- Regularly share activation reports and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of future marketing initiatives.
- Monitor the local marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial guidelines.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or a similar role in the fashion/lifestyle retail industry.
- Strong track record in brand activation, campaign execution, and digital marketing.
- Experience working with marketing agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
