Marketing Executive – Fashion Brands

Role purpose

As a Marketing Executive at Hudson, you will play a pivotal role in executing high-quality marketing activations for assigned brands and concepts. Your responsibilities encompass implementing localized marketing calendars, ensuring consistent brand representation, and providing support to local sales teams. From coordinating events to collaborating with partners and vendors, your role is diverse, contributing to enhancing brand visibility and supporting lead generation efforts on both online and offline platforms.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Responsible for carrying out high quality marketing activation of the assigned brands/concepts based on the marketing calendar
  • Support the creation of the localized country marketing calendar based on the group marketing calendar by insights and relevant information in terms of timing, concepts
  • Ensure consistent representation of the brands/concepts across all marketing materials and channels within the country
  • Provide marketing support and materials for local sales teams – own retail activations including shopwindows and in-store materials and wholesale team
  • Support VM processes when needed
  • Coordinate and manage events, sponsorships, and activations to enhance brand visibility and support lead generation efforts
  • Collaborate (in alignment with the central marketing teams) with local partners, agencies and vendors to ensure successful online and offline executions
  • Align on and activate the local offline and online media buying process
  • Follow local market trend and competition and regularly share insights to support decision making
  • Regularly share activation reports and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of future marketing initiatives
  • Monitor the local marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial guidelines.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Executive with a focus on brand activation preferably in the fashion/lifestyle retail industry
  • Online and offline marketing experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to dynamic marketing landscapes.
