Returns
Products can be exchanged within the given timeframe on the receipt following your purchase.
Returns can only be accepted upon presentation of receipt.
Product Use
Items must be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached.
Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards & Payment
Lost gift cards cannot be re-issued.
Cheque payments are not accepted.
Refunds
No cash or credit card refunds besides Mango, Kiabi and Ecom within the given timeframe on the receipt following your purchase.
