LOCAL PRESENCE
In Malta, Hudson Group is the leading retailer and distributor of sportswear products. We represent numerous sport brands such as NIKE, Converse, Crocs, EastPak and Columbia. We also own our own franchise concepts, Urban Jungle, Urban Bratz and Hudson Store, the former present in other European and Africa cities. In the fashion world we serve the fast fashion and designer markets through Armani Exchange, Mango, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Kiabi, making us one of the leading fashion retailers locally. We use Malta as our training ground to launch brands and franchises, test them, get to know how they work and then take them internationally.
Besides having a physical store in Malta, Hudson Store is also present online, offering the best in Sport and Fashion to the Maltese market.
Int’l Presence
Internationally, the Group has a direct retail presence in European and African countries as well as a distribution base covering over 30 territories. Kiabi, the French fashion brand known for bringing affordable style to the whole family, is operated exclusively by Hudson in Malta, Cyprus and Greece. The brand has quickly established itself as a favorite in these markets, with eight stores already open across the three countries. With Kiabi’s global presence of more than 560 stores in 20 countries, Hudson plans to continue expanding the brand in the Mediterranean, reinforcing its mission to make fashion accessible to everyone.
In parallel, Hudson marked another chapter for sports retail with the opening of the very first Sports Direct store in Malta, representing a major milestone in bringing one of Europe’s leading sports retailers to the island.
In Africa within the retail sector, we represent a variety of fashion and sport stores through in-country offices in Italy, Cyprus, Morocco and Nigeria. We are present in Algeria through our subsidiary Premium Brands. Hudson Group is also the official distributor or NIKE in over 29 countries.
These countries are served through our logistic hub in Malta. We also undertake the distribution of other brands, mainly in the sportswear sector such Converse for parts of Africa with a current focus on the North African countries.
