This store opening follows Frasers Group’s acquisition of a 41.98% direct shareholding in Hudson Holdings Limited. Hudson will continue to expand the Sports Direct footprint in Malta and launch and expand Sports Direct into Africa in 2026 through it’s established retail and distribution network, reinforcing its commitment to delivering world-class retail experiences and supporting active lifestyles to Africa.
