Hudson brings the Nike Go FlyEase shoe to Malta – an innovative sneaker that can be worn without the assistance of hands

Hudson is pumped to present the local market with the Nike Go FlyEase.  An innovative shoe that can be put on without the assistance of hands.

Having no laces, the shoe has a special system that allows the front to separate, for the person wearing it to step right into it, providing a great alternative for those lacking full mobility of their hands or fingers. To take the shoe off, the opposite toe is used to hold the heel and hinge the shoe open.

The cushioning is made from plush, lightweight Cushlon foam, so each step feels smooth as you transition from heel to toe. Lightweight fabric in the upper creates an airy, comfortable feel. No-sew overlays add durability and provide structure and stability. This ‘lifestyle’ shoe is intended for daily wear and will be worn by the Malta Paralympic Team athletes before and after their races in Tokyo this summer.

This shoe is available at NIKE store, the Point Shopping Complex, Sliema.

For more info about the shoe, watch the below inspirational video featuring Malta’s very own Paralympic track star Thomas Borg and the Chef De Mission of Malta’s Paralympic Committee Julian Bajada. The video portrays a strong message of perseverance and strength, whilst showcasing how the Nike Go FlyEase enables athletes to wear the shoe with ease, beat challenges, and thus inspires a competitive spirit and motivation.

Hudson is the proud sponsor of the Malta Paralympic Team which is currently competing in the Paralympic Games in Tokyo. Malta will be represented by Vladyslava Kravchenko in Para swimming and Thomas Borg in the Para athletics events. Good luck!
