Building on its commitment to a greener future, The Hudson Foundation planted a further 350 trees at Park Tal-Majjistral in the last two months. Following the successful planting of 350 trees in previous years, these new planting initiatives reinforce the foundation’s dedication to supporting Mother Earth.
During January and February 2025, teams from various departments at Hudson Malta got together to plant a mix of olive trees, palm trees, almond trees, herbs and more.
In collaboration with Park Tal-Majjistral, the Foundation continues to fund an irrigation system to ensure the trees’ survival and will replace any plants that do not thrive. Additionally, park rangers have been equipped with Columbia-branded apparel and footwear to support their efforts.
Located in the northwest of Malta, Park Tal-Majjistral offers breathtaking coastal views and diverse wildlife, making it a cherished natural retreat. Through this ongoing initiative, The Hudson Foundation remains committed to preserving the environment for future generations.
