Hudson celebrated Rock The South with a special event at the Urban Jungle, Tigne Point, Malta. The event was sponsored by Vans, bringing together an exciting line-up of performers for a night of music and celebration.
The event kicked off at 7 pm and ran until 9:30 pm, featuring an impressive line-up of artists. The crowd was treated to an energetic performance from the 3-piece band Beesqueeze, who are Maltese natives known for their infectious melodies and upbeat rhythms. Their performance set the tone for the rest of the evening, with their unique blend of indie dance high-power garage pop/rock.
Next artist was Yung Belial, the Italian rapper who brought a different flavor to the night. His electrifying performance and charismatic stage presence had the audience captivated and left them wanting more. The event closed with a DJ set from Black Plague, the home of Malta’s underground, a DJ trio who kept the party going by sampling genre-defying heavy, industrial-tinged, cloud/emo centric rage, hip hop and trap. The crowd danced into the night, with Black Plague’s set serving as the perfect way to cap off an unforgettable evening.

This event was a great way to build excitement for the festival, with attendees getting a sneak peek at what’s to come. The event was also an excellent opportunity for Vans and Urban Jungle to showcase their support for the local music scene and connect with music fans.

The company made shoes and offered them for sale to the general public. The Vans shoe was designed for skateboarding. It featured a cushioned collar for enhanced comfort, and Tony Alva and Stacy Peralta, who helped skateboarding become a global sport, designed it. It was available in a variety of color combinations.
